WHAT'S AN eBook?
eBook (n): a book that exists
in digital or "electronic" form.
1. It's not made out of paper and ink.
However, it still follows the conventions
of the publishing trade.
2. It has a title page and content pages.
Some eBooks have as few as 1 page; some
as much as 300 pages or more.
3. It conveys an idea and/or provides information on any variety of
subjects. For example: "How To Fly
Free: Making Money With Frequent Flyer Miles" or "Recipes With Beer" or "How To Publish Your Own Money-Making E-Book".
4. It can be marketed both on the Internet and via print ads,
full-color postcard, and small classified ads . An eBook can be distributed via e-mail, via download, and on CD-ROM. |
